Well, I'm actually getting off my lazy ass to revamp my demo reel. I'm pretty much scrapping everything in it. I've started off by modeling my guitar. I'm think about rigging the strings and possibly animating it playing the intro to a song, or maybe I'll just stick with a high resolution 360 animation of it. Not too sure yet.

Next I'm going to attempt a low poly character, not sure what kind, and do high resolution texturing in ZBrush3. Let's see how that goes. For now I just need to finish the guitar. Going to start back up on it on monday and hopefully have it finished by the end of the day.
